Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-5 working days in addition to shipping times. You will be notified by email after purchasing with your order number and again when your item has left our warehouse.
We currently only ship to the UK. Orders are sent by Royal Mail tracked 48-hour service.
Returns
No questions asked
We offer free and easy returns on any orders. If you didn't like how a product looks or smells, you can return it within 30 days of you receiving it. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been used or damaged.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@glowandmind.com and provide your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If you received a wrong item or your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us at contact@glowandmind.com as soon as you can, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer a solution.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
